Understanding Your Requirements

Detailed analysis of your requirements

The first step is for us to gain a thorough understanding of your circumstances. This includes your experience to date, what has prompted you to consider your career options, and any specific sectors, roles, organisations or locations you would be interested in. When you are happy that we understand your situation, we begin investigating your options.

Research into options available to you

At no stage in the research process is your information disclosed. General communication is made with our global contacts in the sectors and geographical areas most relevant to you. The purpose here is to gain information on current opportunities which may interest you. We also prepare lifestyle and geographical guidance on the locations you are considering. Our goal is to provide you with enough information to make the correct career decision, not just to find you a job.

Findings presented for your consideration

After every avenue has been pursued, the information is collated and presented to you. We guide you through the options available, and considerations implicit with each option.

Candidate representation

While the global market provides innumerable opportunities for finance professionals, it is crucial that you have complete control over what happens to your details. We will only begin to discuss your specific experience and background with any of our clients once you have instructed us to do so. We then brief you on the client feedback and where applicable progress to the recruitment process.

Progression to the recruitment process

We provide you with information on the role, opportunity and reason the client is interested in your details. We then liaise with you and our clients to arrange suitable interview dates, times, locations, as well as ensuring you are fully briefed throughout the process. Many of our candidates request interview coaching which we are able to provide. Throughout the process we will brief you on client feedback, your performance as well as answering any queries you may have. Once an offer has been received and accepted, we will support you during the resignation process and ensure that integration to your new working environment is an enjoyable experience.
