Investigation and Proposal Presentation
Once we have spent time with you gaining a detailed understanding of your organisation and the vacancy requirements, we will conduct an initial investigation to identify the options available to you. At this stage, if your requirements are unrealistic or unattainable – we will verify for you why this is the case and work with you to identify an alternative course of action. Communication is key, and so we will agree a detailed plan of action with measurable timescales and Key Performance Indicators.
