The Interview Process

For the recruitment process to be effective, it is important that interviews are organised, conducted and detailed feedback provided within an acceptable timescale.

We will arrange interviews on your behalf with the candidates from the profile report. As the interviews are being conducted we will regularly communicate with you. This is important for several reasons. You will need detailed feedback on candidate impressions of you as an organisation after having met with you. You may also find that your specification changes slightly as you move through the interview process and we will be able to advise you accordingly.

Candidates need to understand how they have performed to date, what stage they have reached, where their strengths are and what needs further development as they move through the process. Keeping the candidate informed allows us to maintain their interest in your organisation. Even unsuccessful candidates need to be informed of why the process is not proceeding, but never the less be left with a positive image of your organisation.
