Our Team: Gordon Nuttall

Gordon Nuttall is the Senior Partner and Founder of GJN. He spent several years working for Ernst & Young in External Audit, then Risk Consulting in both London & Scotland, before making the career move into specialist finance recruitment.

After working for one of the world’s largest Finance Recruitment specialists for several years, Gordon moved to a large independent Recruiter who specialised in overseas recruitment. He restructured this business, building a successful team of Consultants and Managers throughout Scotland, before participating as part of the core team which led the MBO of the company. Post MBO, Gordon developed the Finance Business into the most profitable division of the company before selling his shareholding to establish GJN.

Since establishing GJN in 2005 Gordon has built a reputation as a global leader in Big Four and Top Ten Partner and Director Recruitment. His name is known internationally for integrity, professionalism and strategic business awareness. Gordon’s focus is on establishing long term relationships with his candidates and clients. He has successfully recruited equity and salaried Partners, Directors and Senior Managers for the Big Four and Top Ten Accounting Firms in locations including; Canada, Australia, the Far East, The Middle East, Africa, Central & Eastern Europe the UK and Western Europe.
