Candidate Profile Report and Recommendations

A report is prepared profiling each candidate on the short-list and ranking them in order of suitability. The profile includes curriculum vitae, salary details and expectations and notice period. Motivation for moving and reasons for interest in your current opportunity are also explained.

At this stage we will discuss our findings with you, answering any additional questions which may arise, and where appropriate carrying out any further analysis.
