Our Team: Amanda Guthrie

Amanda Guthrie is a Director within GJN’s Finance Team. She began her career with Barclays Stockbrokers in Glasgow, working within the ISA and Investments department before moving to a Financial Advisory company, specialising in Pensions, Mortgages and Investments advice.

Amanda made the move into the Recruitment industry in 2000 joining Gordon Nuttall’s team within a large independent Recruitment firm. She developed a specialism in Professional Practice recruitment, placing candidates both within the UK and internationally, and went on to manage a team of consultants.

Gordon was delighted to welcome Amanda to the GJN team in 2007 having worked with her previously. He was, and continues to be, impressed by her high degree of professionalism and solid reputation as a trusted advisor to candidates and clients alike. Amanda has a successful track record of placing candidates from qualified to experienced manager level with big four and top ten firms in the UK and Internationally.
